If you scheduled your Zoom meeting in Canvas prior to December 30th, 2021, your recordings may not be moved into Panopto. We believe the issue started on December 7th, and Zoom is working to fix this issue. If your meetings are not moving into Panopto, you have two options to fix the problem:
Option 1: Map the meeting in Panopto
Option 2: Re-schedule your Zoom meetings in Canvas.
If you have recordings that were not moved to Panopto, you may download the recordings from Zoom and upload them into Panopto.
