All Shortcuts
The above list shows only the most common keyboard shortcuts. To print a list of all the shortcuts in Word:
- StepsActions
- Click the View tab.
- Click the Macros button from the Macros group.
- From the Macros In drop-down menu, select Word Commands.
- Select ListCommands from the macros listing.
- Click the Run button.
- Choose Current keyboard settings from the popup window
- Click OK. Word will automatically open a new document containing a table of keystrokes. We recommend that you print this document.
