- For Personal Use
- Eligible UW students, staff, and faculty on all campuses may obtain some software for use on their personal computers. Choose below for details on how to download.

- For Students — Students may use:
- Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus, the online distribution of Microsoft Office for PC, Mac, iPad, and Windows and Android phones.
- Microsoft Windows 10 for Education. This product is offered free of charge by the “OnTheHub”.
- For Faculty and Staff — Faculty and staff can also use Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus.
- For Students — Students may use:

- All eligible UW staff and faculty may use the software on computers owned by the UW using the link below. The following software is available:
- Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise upgrade
- Microsoft Office:
- Office 2019 and 2016 Professional Plus (for Windows 32-bit and 64-bit)
- Office 2019 and 2016 (for Macintosh with Intel processor)
- Visio Online (requires subscription)
- Project Online (requires subscription)
- Visio 2019 and 2016 Professional (deprecated)
- Project 2019 and 2016 Professional (deprecated)

Eligibility and Dates
The UW annual agreement with Microsoft Corporation covers all equipment owned by the UW and includes benefits for all UW faculty/staff and most students.
