UW Microsoft Advanced Service Level
UW Microsoft Advanced Service Level can be purchased for those users who need its features and don’t receive it based on their status at UW. The different service levels are explained here:

Your UW Microsoft Advanced Service Level:
- It can be used on personal and UW-owned computers and devices in the web browser of your choice.
- It does not work if the licensee loses their core Microsoft 365 license.
- You will be automatically billed on an annual basis unless you cancel the renewal before the cancellation deadline. For more information about the cancellation deadline or to submit a cancellation request form, visit: https://itconnect.uw.edu/tools-services-support/software-computers/uware/uw-software-renewal-cancellation-request/.
- It cannot be transferred to another user when the licensed user leaves UW or no longer needs their license.
- It is a per-person license. You may not share it with family or friends.

- Yes. The UW Microsoft Advanced Service Level license is contingent on the licensed NetID being provisioned for the core Microsoft 365 license. See Provision Access to UW Services.
- The UW Microsoft Advanced Service Level license cannot be transferred to another user when the licensed NetID no longer needs it. Please let us know so it doesn’t renew automatically.
