- Workday:
- Finance: To submit a request, please visit the UW Connect Finance Portal. Under Request Forms (login required) you will find forms for different standard request types. Use the General Finance Help Request form if you are proposing a change to Workday configuration.
- HR/Payroll: Please use the Contact Form to submit a request.
- Data Governance: Use the Intake Form to submit an issue or request to the data governance committees and related stewardship groups.
- UW-IT Services: Get Help from UW-IT or obtain services through the UW-IT Service Catalog.
