Integrated Service Center and Workday Human Resources and Payroll support

To get support on human resources, time-tracking, payroll, and benefits processes, go to the Integrated Service Center (ISC). The ISC works closely with UW-HR, Office of Academic Personnel, UW-IT, UW Medical Centers* and other central business units, University leadership, departments and HR administrators to support faculty, staff and students with their payroll/HR-impacting information in Workday. Visit the ISC website to access Workday, view instructional videos and user guides, or to contact ISC representatives.

UW Finance Transformation and Workday Finance support

You can find a wealth of details related to the UW Finance Transformation project and the deployment of the University’s new modern finance infrastructure on the Change Network site. In particular, you can get updated information related to the Customer Support Model and how UW Connect, the UW’s ServiceNow customer support platform, will be leveraged for ticketing and case management.
