Secure Workday Integration for Transactions (SWIFT)

Secure Workday Integration for Transactions (SWIFT) is a secure Application Programming Interface (API) that integrates applications from across the University with Workday Finance data. SWIFT posts Accounting Journals and Internal Service Deliveries (ISD) to Workday via either REST API or Secure File Transfer Protocol (sFTP).

How do I know if SWIFT is right for me?

If… Then…
You post more than 100 Accounting Journals or Internal Service Deliveries (ISD) a month and/or the transactions are consistent and don’t change over time… SWIFT is the preferred method. For more information, refer to Secure Workday Integration for Transactions | SWIFT.
