UW-IT’s new Enterprise Service Desk ready for clients

IT departments across the UW who subscribe to UW Connect can now sign up for a for-fee service to handle customer requests around the clock. The service provides a single point of contact for email and telephone calls, record routing, Tier 1 resolution, equipment and service monitoring, 24x7x365 support, and more. The service was made available after a successful pilot with the Foster School of Business.
