The UW-IT 2015 Customer Experience Survey Report Is Now Available
Respondents to a May 2015 customer experience survey on UW Information Technology services and support rated their overall experiences as positive. More than 1,000 UW students, faculty and staff on all three campuses responded about their awareness, use and experience with key UW-IT services, support and resources. A report on the findings is now available. Key takeaways include a desire for more training opportunities on various tools, and that wireless (Wi-Fi) and provider-based cellular coverage work both indoors and outdoors throughout the UW campuses. For confidentiality, the survey was administered by the UW Office of Educational Assessment.
