Windows Imaging and Software Deployment

Service Description

The Windows Imaging and Software Deployment service leverages Microsoft's System Center Configuration Manager to assign software to client computers.

Customer can choose to install any software assigned to their computer. Customers can supply their own packages of software or ask the service to create a software package on a cost-recovery basis. Customers can request custom collections of computers for software assignment, with some pre-built computer collections available.

Windows Imaging and Software Deployment also provides a Lite Touch OS deployment over the network capability which allows customers to easily image a networked computer. Additional OS deployment mechanisms are planned in the future.

Service Options

Some standard software and OS images are packaged at no additional cost.

Other customers may supply software packages that you may leverage.

In all cases, you are responsible to ensure proper software licensing.

Availability

Hours available: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Price

This capability is included in the Managed Workstation Service.

*Rates are effective through August 31, 2017.

Service Level Description

During Business Hours (M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm) requests related to Windows Imaging and Software Deployment can expect an initial response within 24 hours.

Service is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for disruptions. On-call staff are available for outage resolution.
