UW-IT Customer Analytics

Service Description

UW-IT’s Customer Analytics Service works with UW Connect subscribers to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and measures requests and incidents so UW Connect subscribers can improve their business processes and enhance their customers’ experience.

Service Options

For UW-IT, this service also includes design and implementation of metrics and key performance indicators; data collection, analysis, and reporting; Educause Core Data Services Peer Benchmarking; customer journey mapping; and development and implementation of improvement plans.
