Information technology tools and resources at the UW
The Collaboration Studio and Pods at UW Seattle facilitate in-person, interactive, small group projects or meetings. Group members can collaborate using a Steelcase Media:Scape Mini which provides laptop display adapters connected to a large 36-inch plasma screen, visible to all group members.

How to Order
To reserve the Collaboration Studio in Odegaard Undergraduate Library:
In-person: First floor circulation desk in Odegaard Undergraduate Library
Pods are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Studio must be reserved. Back to back reservations are not permitted and there is currently a limit of 4 reservations in the system per UW NetID per day. Reservations will be cancelled after 15 minutes if requested by another patron who would like to use the space.
The Collaboration Studio and Pods are subject to the operating hours of Odegaard Undergraduate Library.
