Capital Projects Coordination

Service Description

The Capital Projects Coordination service evaluates, plans, manages, and delivers UW-IT services for construction projects supporting CPD campus development as well as consulting during space consideration prior to purchase or lease acquisition of property assets. This includes:

  • Consultation - Provide CPD with technical consulting during the consideration of property acquisition
  • Project management - Provide CPD with a UW-IT single point of contact for management of service design, development and technology deployment
  • Service delivery coordination - Provide CPD and its customers with a UW-IT single point of contact for service design, development, and technology deployment.

Service support hours are during normal business hours.

Service Level Description

During Business Hours (M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) requests related to this service can expect an initial response within one (1) business day.

Additional Information

Customers are expected to communicate any unique data security or confidentiality requirements to UW-IT to determine service availability to meet their needs.
