Please take the 2021 UW-IT Customer Experience Survey

To better meet the needs of the University community, UW Information Technology (UW-IT) is asking for your feedback in a 10-minute, confidential survey on your experiences with UW-IT and the IT tools and services we support.

We are partnering with the University of California San Diego to administer the survey, and the hyperlink to the survey hosted on their website is a legitimate site. You will be asked to sign in with your UW NetID to complete the survey but no identifying information about participants will be shared with UW-IT by UC San Diego to ensure confidentiality.

We know your time is valuable. You can pause, if needed, and finish the survey where you left off. Please take the 2021 UW-IT Customer Experience Survey by Friday, May 7, 2021.

We are the UW’s central provider of information technology tools and services, and your feedback via the survey can help UW-IT better serve UW students, faculty, researchers and staff. Your input allows UW-IT to assess the effectiveness of our services and whether we are meeting the needs of our customers. Action plans will be developed based on the survey results, and will be shared with the UW community.
