Adobe Photoshop – A raster-based image editor that can be used for photo editing and manipulation as well as pixel-based drawing and painting.
Adobe Illustrator – An industry-standard, vector-based design tool that is used for creating everything from logos to interface mockups. Because the program describes all aspects of the object you create with a mathematical formula, the content that this program creates is incredibly flexible in size.
Adobe Indesign – The predominant solution to print and digital layout needs. InDesign is commonly used by major print publications such as newspapers and magazines and now has the ability to create digital content as well including interactive PDF’s and iPad applications.
