Find out how to recognize deceptive emails called phishing; don’t be fooled by references to Workday and two-factor authentication. Learn to recognize scams that try to trick you into providing account names and passwords to gain access valuable personal and institutional data and resources. Phishing emails often use email links and attachments and try to persuade you to download seemingly benign files that contain various types of malicious software (malware), including ransomware.
