This unit is responsible for:
Ensuring a holistic strategy for recruiting, developing, managing, retaining and redeploying our workforce to maximize effectiveness in support of strategic business priorities. Workforce Strategy and Development (WSD) maintains a broad view of organizational demands and available resources to facilitate planning and staffing of projects and services. WSD also provides IT Infrastructure-wide guidelines and ensures management practices are consistent, efficient, effective and well-documented.
