This unit is responsible for:
Implementing IT Service Management as a best practice framework to ensure alignment of UW-IT services with the University’s current and future needs; this involves:
- Implementing uniform processes across UW-IT to ensure a consistent and predictable customer experience.
- Identifying and implementing roles for processes and services to improve transparency, accountability, strategic alignment and service delivery.
- Implementing and supporting an IT Service Management toolset to support efficient uniform processes.
- Supporting the Service Management Board, which provides input to the UW-IT Service Portfolio.
