This unit is responsible for:

  • Understanding customers’ business technology needs and advocating for those needs within UW-IT.
  • Providing consultation to customers regarding UW-IT services.
  • Recommending new initiatives for inclusion into UW-IT’s standard service offerings.
  • Managing customers’ large and complex IT projects.
  • Serving as liaison for customers and technical teams.
  • Facilitating the delivery and support of UW-IT’s service offerings.
  • Researching, evaluating and supporting emerging technologies and finding strategic solutions that meet the IT needs of the University.
