Hyak, the shared, high performance computing (HPC) cluster dedicated to research computing at UW, is overseen by the Hyak Governance Board, which is comprised of a broad representation of Hyak users from across the University. The Board is responsible for evaluating new tools and technology directions to meet current and future needs.
The Board works in parallel with the University IT Governance Boards, which advise on information technology strategies, priorities and services.
