Migrate UW Exchange Online (UW Office 365) email messages to Outlook.com

When you migrate email messages from a UW Exchange Online (UW Office 365) account to an Outlook.com account, you can view the email messages from the UW Exchange Online (UW Office 365) account from within the Outlook.com account. The UW Exchange Online (UW Office 365) account messages are located in a folder named after the UW email address in the Outlook.com Folders pane.

Please note: These instructions are for Outlook.com “Classic”.  If you begin the steps and your experience does not match the steps, look for the Outlook beta toggle switch underneath the gear symbol (Settings) and click it back to Outlook.com “Classic”.  You’ll know you’re in Outlook.com “Classic” when the toggle switch is grayed out and says Try the beta.
