Classroom techniques to improve equity
UW researchers found classroom dynamics can foster gender bias and an achievement gap that may influence a student’s persistence in a discipline, but simple classroom techniques can improve equity. Explore their findings in “What is your class telling you?”, which explains how random calling can provide a more inclusive, equitable classroom experience.
