Prevent unauthorized users from entering Zoom meeting with passcode and waiting room

To enhance meeting security, Zoom will now require you to enable the waiting room or a passcode starting Wednesday, August 26 to prevent unauthorized entry and interruption of online meetings. To free up UW Zoom storage space, redundant recordings were deleted on July 20. But you can still recover and download these files to an alternative location until Aug. 18.
